Appearance
Although only having been alive for two years, Jenny looks to be in her early twenties. She has long, blonde hair, slightly tanned skin and blue eyes on an athletic body.
Abilities
Jenny possesses certain skills in weaponry and combat, as well as precision timing, aim and reflexes; balance and acrobatic abilities of a higher calibre than any human, making her the perfect soldier.
Although she possess two hearts, it is unknown whether or not she can regenerate, as when she was killed by Commander Cobb shortly after her creation it was the chemicals from a teraforming device that resurrected her, with no change to her appearance.
Birth
Rather than being born in the conventional sense, Jenny was artificially created from the reproductive genes of the Tenth Doctor when he visited Messaline with Donna and Martha in the Season Four Doctor Who episode "The Doctor's Daughter". As the humans were at war with the Hath, they used a progenation machine to create the perfect soldiers, programming them with the knowledge of weapons, battle strategies and hand-to-hand combat techniques as well as and precision timing and aim, couples with reflexes, balance and acrobatic abilities that far surpassed the average human.
Relatives

Step-Grandmother: Amy Pond
Step-Grandfather: Rory Williams

Early Life
Jenny was created during the war between the humans and the Hath on Messaline, and so was a participant in it just moments after her birth, shooting at the Hath and blowing up the entrance to the tunnel, separating Martha from Donna and The Doctor and inevitably creating a rift between herself and her father. When The Doctor questioned the orders of her superior, Commander Cobb, she was accused of being "spawn of a pacifist" and imprisoned along with her father and Donna.
Despite being forced to listen to her two hearts beating through a stethoscope, The Doctor still rejected her existence and referred to her as a "generated anomaly", only an "echo" of a Time Lord. This angered Jenny, but she still strode to gain his acceptance and approval by distracting their guard, Cline, in order to have them freed.
Though he was reluctant to do so, having lost his children in the past, The Doctor eventually became to accept Jenny as his own and excited her with talk of the two of them travelling together and seeing "other worlds". Jenny was awed by Donna's intelligence when she discovered that the war had not been going on for the "generations" that the humans seemed to think it had.
When given the chance to kill Commander Cobb and buy her father and Donna more time, The Doctor persuaded her not to, stating that "there is always a choice". She was forced to make another when, after releasing the teraforming chemical, Commander Cobb aimed to shoot at her father. She leapt in front of him and took the bullet instead, dying in her father's arms after failing to regenerate.
However, after The Doctor, Donna and Martha left Messaline, she was revived by the same teraforming chemical that brought life to the planet. Procuring a shuttle from Messaline, she told Cline that she had "planets to save, civilisations to rescue, creatures to defeat... and an awful lot of running to do."
Later Life
Having crash landed her shuttle in London, Earth in 2010, Jenny was stranded there for two years and during that time worked as a check-out-chick by day, while searching car yards and garbage tips for anything she could use to repair her shuttle and do as she had originally intended - that was, to find her father.
During her search she discovered a Cyberman helmet in King George Hospital, which lead her to meet Drake, an alien from the planet Ergos who helped her to find and defeat the Cybermen that had been experimenting on the unwanted patients in an attempt to further grow their population and ultimately take over the Earth just as they had attempted numerous times, only to be stopped by The Doctor and his companions. After doing so, Jenny took Drake back to her apartment complex and showed her shuttle to him, to which he added a component from his watch in order to help it travel through time and space. Jenny invited him to travel with her, and they set off together.
Their first stop was the year 5,000,000,025 and the Annual Ball of Hope, hosted by The Face of Boe in The Doctor's honor. There, Jenny met with numerous people, including Sarah-Jane Smith and Laszlo, who had had their life changed in some way by her father. Unfortunately, the prize for the ballroom dancing competition had been tampered with to excrete a toxin that made all of the guests desperate to win it, to some unknown end. Although Drake remained unaffected by it, Jenny was only partly immune and oblivious to the toxin when she had gone a period of time without looking at it. When the guests resorted to violent means to take each other out of the competition, Drake deemed Jenny to be too dangerous to be left conscious and continued the investigation on his own. It wasn't until Drake was under siege by the guests for trying to remove the Space Wise Table that Jenny reentered the Ball and was able to dilute the toxin with water.
